These little banana griddle scones really are simple and quick to make. Serve hot for breakfast or brunch with maple syrup, a slice of bacon, and Superfoods fruits: Dole bananas, Dole Tropical Gold pineapple and Dole paw paw.

Ingredients
250 g self-raising flour
½ tsp salt
50 g sugar
1 mashed Dole banana
250 g sour cream
1. Heat a large heavy based pan to a low heat.
2. Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add the sour cream and banana then work in with a fork until the mix comes together to form a dough.
3. Knead lightly. Divide into two then pat into flat circles around half a centimetre thick. Cut each circle into 8 wedges.
4. In two batches, place the dough into the hot dry pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
