You won't believe how easy this is with just one ingredient! A great alternative to regular ice cream with no fat or added sugar.
Serves 2
2 ripe Dole bananas
1. Peel and then slice the Dole bananas into 1cm rounds and lay onto a flat plate or tray.
2. Freeze for at least 2 hours until hard
3. Place the frozen Dole banana pieces into a food processor and blend, scraping down the bowl when they stick.
4. Keep blending, and watch the magic happen, as the frozen Dole bananas turn into a smooth and creamy dessert - just like a soft serve ice cream!
Try adding a tablespoon of peanut butter or honey - yummy!
This dessert can be refrozen in an airtight container and will get harder - like regular ice cream.
