Hey kids, this recipe is great for parties, or maybe you could make some for a family dessert. They taste delicious, and Mum will love them too, as they are so full of banana goodness. She may even let you have more than one!
Makes 24
1. Line a tray with non-stick paper.
2. Melt chocolate over a pot of water or in the microwave. Add a little oil to
thin chocolate enough for dipping.
3. Cut bananas in half through width. Push stick into flat end of banana.
4. Dip into chocolate, coating thoroughly. Tap off excess chocolate and place
on tray.
5. Be creative, dust with your favourite sprinkle toppings. Freeze for at least
4 hours or overnight if possible
Something different - Try using white chocolate too: a mixture of colours will look great at a party.
