Dole Kitchen Challenge Ts & Cs

  1. The Promoter is Dole New Zealand Limited (a subsidiary of Dole Asia Holding Pte Ltd).
  2. To be eligible to enter the entrant must follow the steps explained on the Facebook/Instagram post and/or below.
  3. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries. If photos are uploaded entrants must have legal rights to the photo they are uploading to Facebook.
  5. The Dole Kitchen Challenge competition will commence at 3.00pm NZT on 25 August 2021 running until 5.00pm NZT on 7 September 2021. (Promotion Period)
  6. To enter participants must recreate a Dole recipe that will be posted on Dole’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.
  7. Entrants will submit a photograph or video of their own creation replicating the Dole recipe. Entrants must not use Photoshop or other tools to enhance their images, and must not use images from other sources.
  8. Facebook entries - Entrants must upload their image to Dole New Zealand Facebook page and use the hashtag #DoleKitchenChallenge.
  9. Instagram entries - Entrants must have their profile set to public and use the hashtag #DoleKitchenChallenge.
  10. Entrants must contact the Dole Facebook page, Instagram page or email contactdole@dolenz.co.nz for any social enquiries.
  11. Six winners will be selected in total. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over only.
  12. Entries received outside these Promotional Period dates will be declared as void. The first three different winners will be selected and contacted on Tuesday 31 August 2021. The second three different winners will be selected and contacted on Tuesday 7 September 2021.
  13. The three winners per recipe challenge will be selected from entries submitted via both Facebook and Instagram at Dole’s discretion. The promotor’s selection is final, and correspondence will not be entered into.
  14. Winners will be notified via Facebook or Instagram post on Dole Facebook www.facebook.com/dolenewzealand
  15. If winner cannot be reached in 3 business days, the winner will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.
  16. If the postal address provided by the entrant is inaccurate and the prize returns to the Promoter the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn.
  17. No Resale: Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of the prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize.
  18. If Dole New Zealand finds the entrant at fault of unfair play (as determined by Dole NZ) Dole NZ reserves the right to disqualify the entrant.
  19. The three Dole Kitchen Challenge winners per recipe challenge will each receive: first prize - $500 supermarket voucher, second prize - $300 supermarket voucher, third prize - $100 supermarket voucher (New World or PAK’n SAVE).
  20. By entering this competition, entrants’ consent to their imagery being used on Dole’s owned
    channels, not limited to website and social media for indefinite time without payment.
  21. By entering this competition, entrants’ consent to the outlined terms and conditions.
  22. All Dole competition prizes to be sent after COVID-19 Alert Level 2 or lower is reached in Auckland, from where the prizes will be dispatched.
  23. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with this Promotion or as a result of accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  24. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  25. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  26. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  27. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  28. The Promotions hosted by Dole New Zealand Facebook page and Dole Instagram page is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
