Air Fryer Caramelised Bananas
These caramelised Dole bananas are the perfect topping to your morning toast, porridge or yogurt bowl!
Ingredients
Dole Banana’s
Coconut Oil
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Method
- Peel the bananas and then slice lengthwise. Next, cut each banana into two.
- Drizzle each piece with coconut oil, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Transfer the seasoned banana pieces into the air fryer, lined with baking paper.
- Air fry at 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until banana’s begin to caramelise(no need to flip them over during the air frying cycle).
- At the end of the air fryer cycle, take the banana’s out and plate up on your chosen dish.
