Air Fryer Caramelised Bananas

These caramelised Dole bananas are the perfect topping to your morning toast, porridge or yogurt bowl!

Ingredients

Dole Banana’s

Coconut Oil

Brown Sugar 

Cinnamon 

Method

  1. Peel the bananas and then slice lengthwise. Next, cut each banana into two.
  2. Drizzle each piece with coconut oil, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Transfer the seasoned banana pieces into the air fryer, lined with baking paper.
  4. Air fry at 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until banana’s begin to caramelise(no need to flip them over during the air frying cycle).
  5. At the end of the air fryer cycle, take the banana’s out and plate up on your chosen dish.
