Banana Bark

This Banana Bark is the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and a touch of fancy. Crunchy, creamy, and packed with flavour—perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself)...

Ingredients

  • 2 – 3 Dole Banana’s
  • 1 cup  Peanut butter 
  • 1 block of White Chocolate
  • Handful Freeze Dried Raspberries
  • Handful Desiccated Coconut 

Method

Line your baking tray with baking paper.
Slice the banana into 1cm chunks and spread them across the tray with a little space in between.
Drizzle over the peanut butter and spread it evenly to cover the banana slices.
Melt the chocolate (we just used the microwave).
Pour the melted chocolate over the bananas and spread until fully covered.
Sprinkle over freeze-dried raspberries and desiccated coconut.
Let it set at room temperature or pop it in the fridge to speed things up.
Enjoy! 

Store at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for 1–2 weeks.
