Dole Pineapple Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh Dole Pineapple or canned Dole Pineapple
  • 1 ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ dried apricots
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut (extra for rolling)

METHOD

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor
  • Process until combined
  • Roll into even size balls and roll in coconut
  • Store in the fridge!
