Dragonfruit Yoghurt Granola Bowls

Ingredients

600 g Greek yoghurt
1 Dole dragon fruit peeled and sliced
200 g red grapes halved
2 Dole bananas sliced
120 g Granola
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ handful fresh mint

METHOD

Step 1

Divide the Greek yoghurt evenly between four serving bowls, smoothing it into the base of each.

Step 2

Arrange the dragonfruit, grapes and banana in sections on top of the yoghurt. Sprinkle over the granola.

Step 3

Drizzle each bowl with maple syrup just before serving and tuck in a few mint leaves.
