Jalapeño Pineapple Mocktail
Sweet, spicy, and seriously refreshing! This tropical mocktail hits the perfect balance of heat and sweet—ideal for summer sipping or levelling up your go-to drink.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dole Pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup jalapeño simple syrup [see recipe below]
- 1/2 cup soda water
- Pineapple wedge
- Jalapeño slices
Jalapeño Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 sliced jalapeño
Method
Jalapeño Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, and 1 sliced jalapeño. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and cover until cooled.
Pineapple Mocktail
Fill a medium-sized jug 1/3 full with ice.
Add 1 cup pineapple juice and ¼ cup jalapeño simple syrup, then stir.
Pour in ½ cup soda water and give it a final mix.
Divide the mixture between your glasses.
Top with pineapple chunks and a jalapeño slice (we recommend using the jalapeños from the simple syrup).
