Pawpaw Acai Bowls
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 100 g frozen acai puree
- 1 Dole pawpaw (papaya) deseeded and sliced
- 1 banana frozen
- ½ C coconut milk (or coconut water)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ C coconut yoghurt (or regular Greek yoghurt)
- ½ banana sliced
- ½ C Granola
- 75 g strawberries
- 75 g blueberries
Method
Step 1
In a blender, combine the frozen açaí puree, half of the paw paw, frozen banana, coconut milk, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and thick, adding a splash more liquid if needed to achieve a soft-serve consistency.
Step 2
Pour the blended açaí base into bowls. Add some dollops of yoghurt.
Step 3
Arrange the sliced paw paw, fresh banana, granola, strawberries and blueberries on top.
Step 4
Serve.
