1 x 380gm jar of smooth peanut butter

3 x Dole bananas or 4 Bobby bananas

200 grams of milk chocolate buttons

6 T raspberry jam

100 gm crushed roasted peanuts

To serve:

1 bag of your favourite biscuits

1. Using a flat knife, spread out your peanut butter onto a chopping board.
2. Using a teaspoon, dollop the raspberry jam in spoonfuls on top of the peanut butter.
3. Melt chocolate in the microwave, while reserving some chocolate buttons for decoration. Take chocolate out of the microwave and stir every 20 seconds until it is entirely melted.
4. Using a spoon, drizzle the melted chocolate across the peanut butter so it is well distributed.
5. While the chocolate is still melted, decorate the top with the remaining chocolate buttons and sprinkle roasted peanuts on top.
6. Slice Dole bananas into even coins and place alongside the peanut butter.
7. Serve with your favourite biscuit for dipping and topping.
